3. Preparation

After picking your grocery from the store, you better prepare the whole things you need for a week, including the basic ingredients. It will consume your time but at least you will save much more time during weekdays.

4. Reheated

You could cook all the food you need during the week in a day and then keep it in the freezer. This way you will just need heat it in the microwave or oven and prepare the meal for your family in just a second before you leave for work.
