These two mouthwatering beverages was created by Hoshinoya Bali Executive Chef Mitsuaki Senoo. The prepration doesn’t look as simple as when it’s served. It’s time consuming, and you need to wait for a while to get your dessert. But as you taste it, you will know that it’s worth the wait.
In Japanese, Kakigori means as shredded ice. In its original country, this beverages has become a popular thing to serve during July and August. It’s when the temperature in Japan will reach its highest level.
Chef Senoo made elevate the Kakigori with some sherbet. There was Coconut Shirokum, matcha, mango, and strawberry sorbet. You coul dorder either which. And each of them will give you such summer breeze senation melted in your mouth.
